It is essential for everyone in the community, including residents and businesses, to support one another. National or prefectural aid may take 3 to 7 days to arrive. Survival is just not about protecting yourself or your family - think about elderly neighbors, small children, people with disabilities, and foreigners in your area. By working together and helping each other （mutual support）, we can reduce the impact of the disaster and save more lives.
